Frequently Asked Questions

Who sets up my inflatable?

We do! Our courteous drivers will deliver and set up each bounce house and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 15-60 minutes, and take down is about 15-60 minutes depending on the unit you get. This service is included in your rental cost.

Is electricity required?

Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 50ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a bounce house at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 50ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, or asphalt. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

Are inflatables safe?

Yes. Our inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible. Each inflatable comes with a safety front step and 18 inch stake tie downs. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the bounce house. All of our bounce houses are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for greater visibility and air circulation.

Made in the USA?

With more domestic "manufacturers" importing their Inflatables from overseas, you can’t be too careful. Make sure you ask our competitors where their bouncers are manufactured. These other manufacturers often cut corners by buying cheap foreign vinyl, inexpensive thread, and single stitch their units; eliminating many unique features that make units safer, just to save a few dollars. We are proud to make the claim that all of our bouncers are Made in the USA. The company that supplies our bouncers not only fabricates their entire line in the U.S., but also assembles their Inflatables with lead free American made vinyl.
